  • Oh no....

    I cheated.... I ate some candy and topped it off with another can of diet coke. What is my problem????... I feel like such an idoit and failure. I was on day 13 and doing good. That darn diet coke was my down fall, having one the past 3 days.....

    Ok so do I go back on induction tomorrow and count that as day one, or do I see this as a blip in the road? Im not going to give up and go crazy and eat every thing. Trust me I feel like crap right now so Im already paying for it. I just want to do this to myself. SOOOO MAD I did this....

    I wouldn't start over...you slipped its behind you from this moment forward get back to Induction and finish your day. Just keep going...no looking back...no excuses to finish the day on a bad note. Get some water into you and make better choices today.

    Right now I am fighting a craving for Pizza...its in my kitchen as I write and its KILLING ME!! But...I will be much more satisfied with my salad w/ avocado and sauteed shrimp my dh made for me instead.

    You can do it...you aren't alone!

      No you don't "start Over". You continue where you left off. So tomorrow is Day 14. Check your weight loss results on Day 15 and see what degree of metabolic resistance you have according to the charts in the book.

      The most important thing for you to do now, is to figure out why you fell off and figure out ways to avoid that problem in the future.

        Thanks Ladies for your response, I know why I fell off the wagon. That stupid diet coke Ive been having the past few days. It messed with my blood sugar and started cravings so I know to keep away from that crap... As much as I love it, I now know its my down fall...

        I feel like crap right now, sick and "high" at the same time. Never had a sugar rush before but having one now and its the worst feeling. I feel all light headed so I guess that is my "payback" for cheating.
