    This may be a stupid question but I'm going to ask it anyways. Is Sugar-Free Jello induction friendly?



    Age: 36/ male
    Height: 5'10"
    Starting Weight: 460 (March 1/ 07)
    Current Weight: 338 (Nov 11/ 07)
    Total lost so far: 122 pounds!!
    1st goal: Clean 14 day induction (Achieved)
    2nd goal: 399 (to get out of the 400's.) (Achieved June 17/ 07)
    3rd goal: 350 (Achieved Oct 10/ 07)
    4th goal: 340 (Achieved Nov 11/07)
    5th goal: 320
    6th goal: 299 (to get out of the 300's)
    7th goal: 280
    8th goal: ??? (Not sure yet.)

      It would depend on the sweetener used!
      As long as it has an 'acceptable' sweetener and is within the 3 servings of sweetener we are allowed a day it could be said to be 'legal'.
      However, if a sweet tooth is one of your weak points in keeping your weight down it might be an idea to avoid sweetened food for induction. Many of us found that starving our sweet tooth and feeding it with highfat snacks or sour ones did the trick and made our sugar monster shrivel up and die!
