I'm on day 11 of induction and down 6 pounds so far.
seriously, right now all I feel like eating are carbs
-wanted to eat the whole cake I made for my kids' carnival at school
-wanted to eat the pizza they had for dinner
-want to bake cookies just so I can eat all the dough
-could really eat about 12 muffins
-craving my whole row of thin mint girl scout cookies (18 per row)
Will this go away? My mind is telling me that I would rather be heavy and happy than slim and crabby
