When you start a new diet, how long do you give it to show progress before you start considering your other options?
Atkins is a way of eating, which is wonderful, because unlike a diet-you never go "off" it. However, I've given Atkins a couple tries of three or four weeks now and not lost weight. I'm on my last try of three weeks, with religious exercise 30 minutes on the treadmill three days a week.
But I was curious, most of us have tried numerous other diets-how long did you give it to work before you moved onto the next?
