I'm on my 6th day & only 2 lbs lost
Where is this great drop I keep reading about. I have not cheated. I ate one KFC breast with the breaded skin not realizing that it was breaded -- duh. But that was 3 days ago. I've had NO: sugar (not even Splenda), I drink alot of water. I think maybe that TOM will be here next week. I have not had any headaches, or feelt weak or ill or any serious sugar cravings...am I doing something wrong? I actually feel pretty good. However, when I weighed this morning it showed 179 but by the end of the day it goes to 182. I started at 184 six days ago. But I "feel" thinner -- is that weird? No, I didnt' measure at first but I took measurements yesterday.
