    Re: no energy

I took a peek at your first day and saw you have entered a 'cup' of fried egg.

I have found I get a more accurate count by entering eggs as a number of raw eggs and then adding any fats I used to cook them with intead of going with fitday's default which if you look at the ingredients they are listing might be different from what you used.

My fitday is counting the eggs in one cup of fried egg as being 3.4 medium eggs, 6.88 grams of margarine and 1.1 gram of salt - I use butter and no salt when I make fried eggs and of course I would fry maybe 3 whole eggs, not 3.4 eggs( ) so my numbers would be different from their default ones.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Ditto that. You really have to take a little time to play at first. Now I can go in there and zing! .......done like dinner.

        Re: no energy

I am on day 3. I can honestly say I had no energy the first two days but I forced my self each day to do my gazelle machine. Today I feel fabulous but more hungry. I ate 4 cups of brocolli which is too much. But it tasted so good. I guess better to pig out on brocolli than sweets. Tomorrow is another day.
We can lose this weight! Hugs, Jenny

This pic was in 2005, I weighed 372.

This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!
