    The only pork I eat is bacon. I like it in salad and for my omlets too. I don't pork out on it so to speak.LOL I have been eating turkey bacon this week...its not too bad. I just like the flavor of bacon, I don't think I could give it up totally.

    This was taken October 2007, I weigh 375.

    I was on atkins last year in the early fall and lost about 30 pounds. I obviously gained it back...but I know this is the right diet for me as it works very good. So I am back!

        I just tried the Oscar Meyer Nitrate Free Bacon and it was awful. It's almost like taking a spoonful of salt in your mouth. I had to throw the whole package away. Maybe I'll try looking for the no sugar bacon.

          When I do get bacon, it's usually the lower sodium bacon. Have you tried that?
