I just don't get it. At 394lbs I can't seem to get my act together. I start a program and then go off. I do good for a few weeks and then binge. I don't ever know which program to choose. Kimkins, Atkins, OA, WW, Jenny Craig. My mind never shuts up! I wake up each morning with a new determination not to pick up the carbos. I do great for breakfast and lunch, dinner or weekends are the pits!
I don't understand why this has to be so hard. On Kimkins, it is all about lowcarb, low calorie, lowfat. I am looking for a lifestyle. AWOL. I need to do this for the rest of my life so it has to be something that fits me.
How do u all get by with just 2 cups of salad type veggies and 1 cup of cooked?I guess ya just do it right? I need help. I need some advise. I need to stop looking for the magic diet. There is no easy way. I am afraid even on atkins that I will eat too much protein. Should I be aiming for a certain amount of calories a day. Eat until satisfied. What does that mean?!?!?!
My on and off switch is broken!
