    Before: Doing a low-fat version of Atkins, consisting of 20G carbs from lentils, and mostly tuna in water, ground beef, ground turkey, ground chicken. I lost no flab.

    After: I went to Border's and bought the book, and it states clearly doing a lowfat version of Atkins will derail your fat loss.


    oh...... so that explains it.

    I began induction again on Thursday 5/31. I've already dropped 3 lbs ,and my clothes are slightly looser.

    Yeah, you now know why many have tried and failed at this WOE!! Good for you for researching! Yes, low fat, low carb does not work, your body has nothing to burn. So keep up the good work and keep losing all that flab!

      Glad you bought the book and saw what was derailing you. Ask any questions you might have. Plenty of experts here to answer your questions. And of course the book is fundamental to success!

            It is very weird, and counterintuitive to what you think would make you leaner: by eating less fat. I'll take it though, I'm seeing results now after 3 measly days. I was definitely the category A in the book who doesn't lose fat, despite low fat diet and lots of exercise. I'm happy now though! Thanks ADBB!
