Before: Doing a low-fat version of Atkins, consisting of 20G carbs from lentils, and mostly tuna in water, ground beef, ground turkey, ground chicken. I lost no flab.
After: I went to Border's and bought the book, and it states clearly doing a lowfat version of Atkins will derail your fat loss.
oh...... so that explains it.
I began induction again on Thursday 5/31. I've already dropped 3 lbs ,and my clothes are slightly looser.
