look at the chart in the book!!

I think you should move on to OWL now, the only reason you would stay on induction is if your body was resistant to it, yours is obviously loving it!! so get on the ladder and add some goodies back!

      Re: end of 14 days!!!

My 14 days is up tomorrow and I do hope I see a 10 pound loss too although all I have to loose is 20 pounds so I doubt that will happen--BUT I am seeing nice results in how my clothes fit so thats fine with me. Congratulations!

I'll be posting my results Tuesday!

        Re: end of 14 days!!!

alaska, those are fabulous results! Congrats on those 10 pounds.

According to DANDR, you have very low metabolic resistance. This is fabulous! Since you lost such a high percentage of your weight on induction, you have a good chance of EVENTUALLY being able to eat 40-60g of carbs per day, or 60-90g if you're a regular exerciser. Obviously, you won't be eating that many carbs for a while, but it's nice to know that you can work up to that level.

Now, it's on to OWL! Rung 1 is Veggies--add 5g of induction veggies to up your carbs. Check out the chapters in DANDR about OWL, and check out the stickies on the board. If you have ANY questions about OWL, just post them or PM me! I'll be glad to help!
