I have not started the Diet yet, as I have not read the book. The book is on order, and I'll have read it by the middle of next week.
I am thinking about what I have to stop eating, and practically what I can eat instead.
Sweets (Candy) and chocolate is obviously a no-no, so what can I eat instead.
I have thought that I can swap chocolate and sweets for olives.
On the Atkins website it says the olive oil is allowed, but here is my question:
Can I eat Olives?
If No, then how bad are they to eat?
If defiantly No, then can you give me any better suggestions?
If Yes, then have made me happy, and given me a solution to a problem.
