I started induction 3 days ago and love these Atkins Morning Shine bars...especially the chocolate ones
Now, it says on the package that its good for all phases and it has 2 net carbs.
I've read about atkins shakes stalling the weight loss for a lot of people, so now I'm wondering if it is known to anyone that these bars do the same.
I's not like I'm having problems (wouldn't know as I haven't been on the scale yet) but I just wanted to know what the more experienced people here think.
