Hi everybody!
I am on day 1. I had 2 eggs scrambled for breaky and am currently having a 1 cup of lettuce, 1 cup of mushroom, chicken and mayo salad. For dinner I plan on a steak with cauliflower and brocoli (with butter on the veg). Oh and I have some cheese for snacks. I have read the book and am soooo excited. I am a carboholic, so am not looking forward to the expected withdrawels. Combined with the sugar and caffiene withdrawels, I will be lucky to not kill anyone in my immediate vicinity.
I am not too worried about being able to stick with the foods at the moment, but am worried about being able to consume enough water. I think I need to drink approx. 4 litres of water a day or 16 glasses. I find that rather daunting.
There are some abbrieviated words that I am not sure what they mean. I know what OWL is, can someone enlighten me to what some of the others are?
Also what is the difference between a clean induction and a normal induction?
I have been looking around this place for a few weeks, so looking forward to getting involved in everything!
