Re: Are these noodles okay for induction??
The ones that are sold in our local market (US) have potato starch in them....I guess in the liquid that surrounds the noodles. Since potato starch is not Induction friendly, I didn't buy them. Hope you have been luck. I bet you'll find a willing person to help you translate.

Re: Are these noodles okay for induction??
They're awesome! I had some for dinner last night. I can't find any where I live so I have to order them from The Online Grocery. It only takes four or five days to arrive.Highest weight when I found Atkins in 2002: 225

I actually don't notice the fish smell at all, but my nose doesn't work very well. Lucky for me I suppose.Highest weight when I found Atkins in 2002: 225

Re: Are these noodles okay for induction??
Make sure you buy the ones without soya in them if you are on induction.
In UK I think we can only buy the ones made purely of konjak/glucomann which are induciton-legal, but in USA there is one variety that apparently taste more like normal pasta but have soya added - these would not be 'legal' till the legumes rung/level of OWL.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
