  • Are these noodles okay for induction??

    I just did a search on the web and came across this web site www.miraclenoodle.com it looks very interesting! what do u all think? are these safe to eat?

    shiritaki noodles are GOOD!!

    i'm pretty sure theyre fine on induction!! theyre literally all fibre

            Ohh I have an asian market 5 minutes from me OHHH Im going there tomorrow I just have to ask someone that works there to translate the package info cause everything is in chinese

              The ones that are sold in our local market (US) have potato starch in them....I guess in the liquid that surrounds the noodles. Since potato starch is not Induction friendly, I didn't buy them. Hope you have been luck. I bet you'll find a willing person to help you translate.

                  They're awesome! I had some for dinner last night. I can't find any where I live so I have to order them from The Online Grocery. It only takes four or five days to arrive.

                    i ordered from www.lowcarbmegastore.com.... they were good!!

                    theyre a pain in the butt to get rid of the fish smell though!

                            I actually don't notice the fish smell at all, but my nose doesn't work very well. Lucky for me I suppose.

                              Make sure you buy the ones without soya in them if you are on induction.

                              In UK I think we can only buy the ones made purely of konjak/glucomann which are induciton-legal, but in USA there is one variety that apparently taste more like normal pasta but have soya added - these would not be 'legal' till the legumes rung/level of OWL.
                              Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
