What are the full ingredients Ashley? Would you mind posting them?

Also, did you mean to post this in the induction forum? It may need to be moved, as I am not sure how legal it would be on induction. Not a problem, just a heads up really.

Wow! I just came back from shopping and picked up 2 bottles of this. It was in the clearance bin. I haven't tried it yet but you said it's good? I may have to go back and pick up some more.

It is really good. I made some chicken thighs tonight and just brushed it on the skin then baked in the oven. Very nice. Not sure why it was in the clearance bin but I may have to go buy them out in case they are no longer going to carry it.

I like to make hot wings. I just bake the wing pieces @ about 450 deg. and drain the juice off, then I put a sauce of butter, cayenne pepper sauce and splenda (I like spicy sweet) on them and stick them back in the oven for a few more minutes. Get some blue cheese for dippin. They are sooo good. I might make some now! You can also fry them without the flour and put the sauce on them. More calories though. That's how they do it in the restaurants.

If the serving size is 1 teaspoon, be careful with this product. Peppers have carbs and while this product lists the carbs as 0, it may be 0 for only 1 teaspoon's worth but not for 3 teaspoons or 5 teaspoons.

So be careful that you don't underestimate the carbs when using more than 1 teaspoon of it.

                          Good point, Megs
Lots of people work on a third to a half carb for each serving of something that has ingredients which do have carbs when used in larger quantities to allow for the fact that US manufacturers are allowed to state zero when the item has anything less than 0.5!!
So if I had one tablespoon of something which has zero carbs but ingredients with 'some carbs' per one teaspoon serving I would allow one carb for the tablespoon (1 Tblsp = 3 teasp)
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
