  • All that water = many trips nightly to the loo

I drink around 96 oz daily (3 32 oz) and I am up at least 5-6 times a night - even if I drink all day.

However..... If I haven't met my daily quota, then I won't go to bed til I have had that last drop.

How do you all handle the nightly trips?? Is there a trick to this?

    Thanks,
    Linda

I'm the same way. I must get it in and then I'm in and out of the bed all night.

I'm going to try my best to drink no later then 7 pm, along with my meals.

I will just have to drink as much water as I possibly can before then. I need my rest .

Hope you find something that works !

Yes, I won't drink any for 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. I try to start earlier in the day then I use to. In fact now I get in the bulk of my water before noon. I'm up by 5:30 and I'm a housewife so I think I might have more time to drink water. (And I'm near a bathroom ) But if I do have to go anywhere that day it can slow down my water drinking. It's hard to find a public restroom around here

I drink 128 ounces a day and then green tea. I had to get up at night a lot at first, but it got less frequent after a while. I try to drink at least half of it by 10:00 a.m. and stop drinking by 8:00 p.m. I usually only have to get up once a night, now. It's worth it.
