Been on atkins for 2 weeks, and first week i lost 2.5 kilos so maybe about 4 pounds or so, weighed myself this morning and i have lost nothing the second week. I did not measure myself, as i should have. Reading other posts say they lose inches for a while not kilos etc? Just dont know what it is other than i do eat the bars, and do drink diet coke caffiene free 1 per day, and have cream in my coffee.. It is frustring me coz i am quite overweight(5 foot tall and 93 kilos) and think that i would lose quicker than this, especially since i havent cheated. About the bars, i cannot stomach anything else for breakfast. Also when a woman is on there u know what monthly things, does that slow down weight loss as i have had mine for the whole 2 weeks..
