2 weeks cheat free induction!! What the????

  • 2 weeks cheat free induction!! What the????

    Been on atkins for 2 weeks, and first week i lost 2.5 kilos so maybe about 4 pounds or so, weighed myself this morning and i have lost nothing the second week. I did not measure myself, as i should have. Reading other posts say they lose inches for a while not kilos etc? Just dont know what it is other than i do eat the bars, and do drink diet coke caffiene free 1 per day, and have cream in my coffee.. It is frustring me coz i am quite overweight(5 foot tall and 93 kilos) and think that i would lose quicker than this, especially since i havent cheated. About the bars, i cannot stomach anything else for breakfast. Also when a woman is on there u know what monthly things, does that slow down weight loss as i have had mine for the whole 2 weeks..

    Any help or suggestions would be appreciate.

    well you answered it yourself, its the bars!

    you dont have to just eat breakfast foods for breakfast, eat leftovers from dinner or something, but tis the bars that will be stalling you!

    Yes TOM can make you hold on to weight also, even gain... stay away from the scales around that time in future!

      You can learn to. I had the same problem at the beginning. I about gagged at the thought of any food before 10:00 am, and then not anything heavy or greasy. When I decided to change my whole way of eating, that was the first thing I worked on. It took about a month, but I slowly worked it back to 7:00 am and can happily report that I can now eat eggs done in butter and even occasionally I eat sugar free bacon. For example, this morning, I had two strips of bacon, two eggs scrambled and a small tomato. It was delicious. You can do anything you set your mind to do. Another thing that helped me was to make a rule never to eat after 7:00 pm. I used to eat late and was never hungry for breakfast. By living by this rule, I am very hungry for breakfast for the first time in my life. I hated eating breakfast as a child. Let me repeat: you can do anything you set your mind to do.
