I am so happy right now. This WOL is getting easier, today was the first day of totally clean induction that came easily. I finally found some pork skins and while they gave me major cravings for munchies I didn't binge or go off plan. I feel like I can... hear my body better for lack of a better expression. I'm not hungry at all. I picked up a Sobe lean drink and could only have one glass and even had to water that down because it was too sweet. Plus the Sobe didn't trigger any cravings. I am a little disappointed about my reactions to the pork skins but I guess salt and crunch is another trigger food for me.
Tomorrow my goal will be to eat veggies at each main meal so I don't end up trying to force a salad down before bed. I hope it keeps getting easier with time.
