Re: 10 days down and now I start over

my first 10 days were during my TOM so I only lost 5 pounds But I am continuing my induction for another 2 weeks to make up for the cheats and not drinking enough H2O. I want to have 14 cheat free days before I move to OWL but I feel better knowing the last week wasn't a wash. MUCH BETTER. This board is a godsend. I am also starting a journal thread and would love a buddy. Do you have a journal thread?

no journal thread. Not sure how to. I'm still relatively new to the board. I started on the 1st and tomorrow is my one month weigh in. hope I've lost a little mre. You know I finished the induction phase but i still rarely go over the 20 net carbs. Its just easy for me. i'm never hungry and usually I exercise 4-6 times a week. but I've been ill the last couple of days and havent done anything since Friday. I know I should do something but all I want to do is sleep. I guess thats my body's way of saying "slow down you fruit cake and get over this first before you pass out." Its almost nap time and I never take those. I like your bike by the way. I have a 2001 kawasaki but not a crotch rocket. Its technically mine but I got it for my husband and he is the only one who rides it. I'm too scerrred. LOL.

I was scared to death when I first learned to ride but I took the MSF riderscourse and that helped a lot! I can't imaine riding a cruiser though, the steering on those scare me! If/When I move to the city I will probably pick up a monster for urban warring.

If you go to the 'Journal chats forum' and click on 'new thread' you can start a journal straight away!
the forum is right down at the bottom of the main ADBB page, amongst the 'miscellaneous' forums but here is a link to go to it direct.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Is there some way to make a mock danish without a microwave?

I would imagine you could oven-cook it, but am not sure what temperature or for how long.

My microwave flax bread that I usually cook for 4 minutes in the microwave I have also cooked in the oven at 150 C which is about 300 F for about half an hour if that is any help.
