  • Day 1...

    Hey all!
    I loved day 1 and cant believe what foods i've got to eat!! Worried now that i've done it wrong! I checked the nutritional values for all i could and counted carbs that sugars and atkins book for things without nutritional values.
    Could someone check if my first day was ok please...

    Breakfast-
    Bacon x2..................0
    Sausage x2............0.8
    eggs x2.................1.2

    Lunch-
    lettuce 75g............0.7
    tuna........................0
    mayo....................0.3
    red pepper.............1.6

    Dinner -
    steak......................0
    cream 120ml..........4.8
    cheese.................0.1
    mushrooms 70g......1.5

    = 11

    All i've had to drink is 5ltrs of water.
    Is this ok??? Will i really lose weight!!??

    that menu looks "good" to me, but i think you need More Veggies!

      Wow really! I can eat like this and lose weight! Now i've done day 1 i've got a better idea of what i can have and how much!!
      This feels SOOO crazy! Guess the scales will tell the truth!!
