    oh noooooo !!!!!

    Hi everyone
    today was officially my 14th day..but im a little scared that i mite have ate soemthing that had carbs in it ..i went to a spanish take out place and had beef stew ( but only the beef ..no veggies )..my fear is that the sauce was kinda thick..it taste like tomatoe sauce but really couldn't tell...i hope i didn't mess up induction for me

          Even if the sauce had flour in, it would have been a tiny bit and not enough to mess up your whole 14 days of induction. Drink lots of water to wash it all out

                  okay ..i drank a whole lot of water last nite...so far i lost 22 pounds..im so happy
