  • Another Week?

So. . . my last post was a response to another young lady who experienced weight gain with AF. I myself gained 2 pounds in anticipation of her arrival.
She arrived today. . . which just happens to be my last day of Induction!
My dilemma is this. . . I had no problems on induction and did not cheat.
Should I stay on another week, perhaps two, to correct the "damage" wrought by AF? Feeling discouraged. . . thought there would be more weight loss than this.

I'd skip right on up to owl. AF or no AF. The weight gain should correct it's self once your a few days into AF.

Thanks. . . I wouldn't mind. . . being able to have some strawberries again would be nice. Although, I am nervous about leaving the "nest" so to speak.

I agree - and if you experience a sharp loss over the next few days I would accept that as really having happened in your first 14 days and include those pounds in your 14-day loss for the purpose of checking your resistance to weightloss as per the chart in DANDR.

And dont worry about moving on up the carbohydrate ladder either
5 net carbs of extra induction veggies (first rung additions) are not going to mess it up for you I am sure!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
