I know what your saying...there is this recipe for "mock bread" in the recipe section-could try it....also, come tuesday, you could have a low carb tortilla (wrapped sandwich) right?

Hang in there-you are doing this for a purpose-not to torture yourself!!! minute on the lips adds pounds on the hips.....

I hope you dont mind me butting in, but the lowcarb tortilla probably has grains or soya flour in it so would not be 'legal' till you reach the relevant level/rung of OWL

There is a recipe for 'revolution rolls' and a sort of bread or wrap made from the recipe in the thread called 'induction recipe basics' on this forum http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=6807 It uses cream cheese and eggs so is induction-friendly!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Today is the last day of the 14 day induction for me. I lost 16 lbs total on induction. It was all the first week, the second week I just see-sawed back and forth between a couple of pounds. It was annoying, but all in all, I am very happy with the 16 lb. loss.

It is nice seeing a picture where I actually have a neck!

                  Congratulations!

I lost seven of the 25 pounds I hope to lose. I'm pleased, though I've stalled a bit. I think that's because I was counting carbs but wasn't getting enough of them from eating veggies, which I intensely dislike.

I think I'm staying on Induction until I lose about 8 more pounds. We'll see how it goes; getting kinda bored with my meals.

I'm exercising at least five times a week and feeling quite well. So glad some of my old clothes are beginning to fit again.

Thanks for posting the link-yes, it would be illegal-unless onmyway145 chooses to move to next phase tommorrow. Right?

Not exactly If it contains grains it would be legal once the OWL grains rung is reached, which would be a couple of months at least.

with almost a third of your total hoped-for loss achieved already I would suggest not staying on induction longer but moving on to OWL.

Dr Atkins told us to move on to the third phase of Atkins (premaintenance) when we had between 5 and 10 pounds to lose, so you need to allow yourself the time to work your way up the OWL ladder and discover your CCLL and any foods that affect your body adversely before then.

My second week doesn't end till Friday, but I'm probably going to stay here for another week. Good to see people lost a lot in the first week and not much the second so I don't have high hopes when I get on the scale on Friday. And I'm very proud I've been cheat free. And been on the treadmill and yoga and strenght training (I'm a little sore today which makes me happy which is crazy lol)

Wow, I'm so glad to see everyone lost weight.

I have a question, what if you don't like a rung of OWL? Can you just skip it?
