You'll have to guess. Because the carb count is all dependent on whether or not they used any flour/breading on the chicken wings, whether or not the sauce they used contained sugars, etc.
no flour/breading and was the regular Franks' type hot sauce (no sugar added - I asked!). I was hoping there was people around here who had made them themselves or knew where I could find a similar nutritional chart.
EmDee. Look up "Chicken Wing" not WINGS in Fitday, and the first thing that should pop up, followed by a long list of other items is chicken wing with hot pepper sauce.
