      I kept it pretty simple.
      Breakfast
2 eggs, scrambled with 1/2 cup celery (love celery in eggs )
      2 slices bacon
      Snack
slice of cucumber with tuna and mayo
      Lunch
one cup romaine lettuce with a sprinkling of cheese, slices of cucumber, a chopped egg,and a few cubes of leftover chicken, and rance dressing
      snack
      a few pork rinds
      Dinner
a chicken thigh (fried in coconut oil), one cup of brocoli, and a small salad
snack (if I feel like it)
      a couple of devilled eggs

The best advice I can give to you is to sit down with the Induction Acceptable Foods List and the Rules of Induction and make a list of the foods on that list YOU like to eat or are willing to try.

We all have different food preferences. So do yourself a favor and see which allowed foods you like rather than eating someone else's menu.

          Re: Sample Induction Meal Plan

I just started on Monday of this week and have basically been eating the following:

          Breakfast- Eggs and Bacon
Lunch- Omelette (Eggs, cheese, ham & tomato)
Supper- Spinach and mushrooms or brocolli and some type of meat Steak, chicken, Ham
Snack- Cheese crisps, O carb Jello

But I second not2late...you should figure out which foods you like and make a meal plan from that!
