Lunch
one cup romaine lettuce with a sprinkling of cheese, slices of cucumber, a chopped egg,and a few cubes of leftover chicken, and rance dressing

a chicken thigh (fried in coconut oil), one cup of brocoli, and a small salad
snack (if I feel like it)
a couple of devilled eggsMy doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four. Unless there are three other people.

Re: Sample Induction Meal Plan
The best advice I can give to you is to sit down with the Induction Acceptable Foods List and the Rules of Induction and make a list of the foods on that list YOU like to eat or are willing to try.
We all have different food preferences. So do yourself a favor and see which allowed foods you like rather than eating someone else's menu.~Megs~
