      Hi I'm starting today too!
      So far today I ate
      Breakfast: brocoli and cheese
      Lunch: lasagne (low carb, no noodles)
      Dinner: will be a chef salad... and some veggie soup...

      I need to go out and walk... I've been putting that off long enough now!!! It looks like it's threatening to rain...

        I just browsed through another thread and the folks there were saying that darker isn't necessarily deeper. They definitely know more than I. So there you go. S-

          Good morning everyone!!

          Feelin great and its Day2!

          Last night i had some salmon, w/ broccoli and cauli and was good. Late at night (10pm or so) i had a lil craving but i ijust drank some water and ignored it. I am determined to not mess up!!

          How's everyone else doing??

            day 2 of induction...got the killer headache yesterday...but I embrace the pain (lol) because I know that means my body is getting back off the carbs

              Hi Tasha,

              I also started yesterday! I lost about 50 pounds on atkins years ago....the ONLY reason I gained it back was an injury to my ankle. Anyway, would love to keep up with each other and our weight journey.

                  DAY 4 AND GOING STRONG!!

                  Where is everyone? Ya'll didnt fall off did ya???

                  I had a great on plan day, drank 100oz of water and exercised. This is getting easier and easier everyday. My challenge is always the weekend, and if i can get thru that they kno wi can do it.

                    Still here! doing great! had a tough moment last night though.....wanted to eat a hershey bar! It's tough when not everyone in the house is where you are.

                        Day three for me (started on monday)! Doing really good so far. Today was the hardest as I was on the road all day. I brought cheese and raw vegies. Yummy.

                          Okay...just checkin' in with everyone...did ya'll make it through what I call "**** days" ? For me the first week is the hardest, it seems it gets easier around the week & 1/2 mark. Like your cravings are getting less and less.

                            I have done very well as far as not cheating (okay there may or may not have been an issue regarding me using raw spinach versus lettuce in my salads)... however I am in the PINK - ketosis that is! So I feel pretty good. I have a big bag of acceptable craving type foods at the office ~ so no cheating at the vending machine for me.. Bonus is its upstairs and I am downstairs so I don't have to see it every day. Good luck over the weekend to all - I know we can do this!!

                              Well, I did pretty good until today...Was on the road at supper time and ended up having a coffee with some cheese and some nuts . Not too proud of that...but at least I didn't have a big mac and fries ! I'll be better starting tomorrow (since no more food for today!) And I totally need to UP THE WATER!!!
