One Week and 7lbs! It's Working!!!

Just wanted to say that I have finished my first week on induction. I did hit a couple of stumbling blocks on the way, I ate two pieces of sugar free candy, and probably had more vegetables than i am allowed (but if vegetables are cheating, then i guess i am a cheater). Anyway, I am down aprox 7 lbs in one week!!! I will say that I am not sure if it is the new food or the fact that i have been excercising like crazy. I have worked out at least 30 min a day for 6 out of 7 of the days. I am really liking the excercise this time around, i am not sure why exactly. Also, I used to be a diet coke fiend... and I have not touched a diet coke since my start date a week ago.... I am pretty proud of that. Anyway, I am setting a mini goal for next week of 3 pounds. Since i know this rapid weight loss will slow down, i don't want to set myself up for disappointment, so I think 3 pounds will be doable. Next week will be hard since i am traveling 3 days next week, and have to attend functions where there will be lots of food. But i am going to do my best! Good luck to all!
