I'm currently on day 3 of the induction and I tend to keep track of my carbs in a notebook and upload them to my fitday at the end of the day.
Yesterday i messed up my calculations and accidentally ate 30g carbs insted of 20g. Theoretically I should be going into ketosis today or tomorrow, but have I set myself back to the start by overeating carbs?
