    Re-started Induction - down 3 lbs.

I re-started my induction after completing the 14 days yesterday and only losing 2 lbs. Thanks to all the good info and feedback from the members on this board I was able to throw out all the stuff that I was doing wrong - Slim Jims, etc. I weighed in this evening and I lost an additional 3 lbs- so in total I an down 5 lbs. Pretty good huh?

Good job! I use to eat all the stuff that was known stallers too and once you get rid of them it is amazing how quickly your weight can drop.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
