    Well hi all.... its day 7 for me ... and i have to say i think my fats burning off... as my work clothes are getting looser ! im too scared to weigh myself....i think by the end of induction ill have dropped a dress size.....

    how long did it take u guys b4 u started to notice a change?

    I noticed small changes within a month. I noticed big changes into month four.

      It looks as if you are off to a good start, Lulu
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        I felt changes during induction for sure, the not being bloated all the time was a great start!

          Way to go Lulu!! I hope you have taken your measurements so you can keep track of how many inches you have lost. If not get a tape measure today & do it.

          I noticed changes in my clothes within the first two weeks. I was less bloated & also had increased energy.
