Haven't been able to find my answer yet, so, does anyone know if mustard is okay?. I have spicy mustard here the ingrediants are vinegar, mustard seed and spices. No sugar. I'm not sure what the carb count would be as there is no nutrition label?

Re: Mustard Okay?
yes a good combo is
mustard & mayo with a bit of sweetener of your choice (not much at all) kinda gives it a honey mustard taste and it's creamy. I dunno I like it.

Re: Mustard Okay?
Yes, mustard with no added sugar or starches in the ingredients is fine for induction.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
