    also.. I need to get back into my gym routine and water drinking routine as well. I remember how great I was feeling on those days when I would drink the extra water and go to the gym! Here's back to the gym and upping my water once again.

      hey bro.. I was in your exact position at just around your age.... I know you'll get this weight off. Stick to your diet and do your cardio and weight training like a mofo (don't overdo it... just push yourself). The excercise really helps the fat pour off. Make sure you get your BMI checked too. Gaining muscle mass adds weight so you may think you're not losing, but you are.

      the only thing you have to promise yourself is once you do lose your weight don't gain it back. I as well as too many others fell into that trap.....you are at the peak point in your life to lose this weight so just stick with it man.. you'll get there.

        Congratulations. You are doing great...so proud of you! Glad you're enjoying the exercise and making great plans for yourself. You will do it. Just stick here in the board and join the many people who are here to support and encourage you. Join the challenges, journals and make solid plans on succeeding. It will happen. Make a lot of friends and enjoy yourself as you change your habits and become healthier and happier. We're all here for you!
