      I was the same way. My tea or coffee lasted me through 5pm and then I basically made room for myself IN my fridge until bedtime.

      For timesavers and easy "take to the office, microwave there".. on busy days I nab Jimmy Dean's Sausage & Cheese (or ham & cheese, etc etc) frozen omelets. 4 carbs and heats in 2 minutes. A lifesaver!! And the night before I toss some olives and cheese or cucumbers into a small tupperware and use that as a snack at the office.
