    Inuction done.. result..

    9 lbs down! It's about what I had expected, so I'm happy with that. Just my luck TOM had to rear it's ugly head the day before, so I may do a follow up weigh in Monday morning just out of curiosity.

    On to OWL. Doing an OWL grocery run today.

    Start Date: 1/12/08 - 243.5
    First weigh in: 1/26/08 - 234.5
    2nd - 233
    Healthy Goal 160 -
    Main Goal 145 -
    Ultimate Goal 125 -

        Great start!!
        40 year old male 6' 3"

        What I know:
        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
