            Well, on the subject of peppers....I threw together a quick meal yesterday due to a problem with my refrigerator/freezer, so I was crunched on prep time. I took a round steak, browned it in EVO with some steak seasoning consisting of pepper, salt, garlic and dehydrated onion then popped it in the oven on 350 with a bag of frozen peppers tossed on top. Delicious! So simple and easy, I can't believe I've never thought of it before!

              Oh my gosh! Stuffed peppers. I didn't even think of them. THis thread gets points for giving me a new dinner idea tonight. I love Red peppers!

                I've grown paprika peppers. They ARE a sweet bell pepper, but much smaller and with thicker, meatier "walls". I was gonna make my own paprika, but since the groundhog ate too many of them , I used them to make mini stuffed peppers. Awesome!!
