I'm just starting on the atkins diet in its induction period.
Should I try to get a fatty meat (pork, etc) or lean meat (turkey, etc)? I read somewhere in atkins.com that you shouldn't exclude fat & oil from your diet when you try the atkins. Does it mean that I need to consume fatty meat, or I just need to cosume some kind of oil (ex. fish oil, olive oil, etc) not necessarily animal fat?
