        Sardine and mustard, ewwwwww!

        BTW if eating tuna or any fish in a can, you can up your fat by getting it in oil rather than brine. I think it tastes about a zillion times better - brine, urgh, just grim.

          My breakfasts (on vague rotation):

          2-3 bacon rashers fried (bit of butter) until the rind is crispy, 2 fried eggs, 1/2 cup mushrooms cooked in butter(check for sugar), 1 oz cheddar (to be used as 'toast) lol), 3-5 cherry tomatos. YUM this makes this WOL for me - breakfast is the best meal of the day.

          OR

          3 scrambled eggs (cooked with cream and butter) 1/2 avocado, 1 oz cheese, cherry toms.

          OR if diary and fruit is ok with you (your rungs) a smoothie made of greek yoghurt (makes normal plain yoghurt look as lame as it is), 1/2 or 1/3rd cup berries (variety is nice), 1/2 cup pressed tofu and cream all blended up and is gorgeous.

            Alexa, finally a menu I can relate to. I'm glad there's another woman on here with an appetite! I had never thought of doing a smoothie with greek yogurt...that sounds absolutely DIVINE!

              LOL! I have an appetite to beat the band Breakfast is my biggest meal - when I ate more berries I used to have 2 courses! Cooked breakfast, then berries and cream.

              That is weird about the smoothie as I thought I got the idea from you?!

                  I eat 2 over easy eggs and 3 slices thin bacon almost every day. I love omelets for lunch or quiche for dinner. No problem eating eggs for me.

                    I had two low carb pecan-blueberry muffins which is 3 carbs a muffin.
                    And with it (this may seem gross but i love them!)
                    two turkey hot dogs with low carb ketchup.
