So, it's my last day of induction and I go and mess it up. For the first time I went over my carb count and it was completely on accident. I went to make a salad and realized after I tossed the vinaigrette into the lettuce that it has sugar in it
Of course I was now out of lettuce and searched for 5 minutes to find a first list veggie in my fridge. So rather than eat the salad, I gave it to the kids and grabbed jicama instead. It's a first list veggie so I assumed it wouldn't have many carbs and be similar to the lettuce. I hadn't eaten one since started induction but I didn't even think twice until after I put it into fitday and bam... 25 net for the day and only three cups of veggies and OWL doesn't start till tomorrow. I feel really stupid and mad at myself right now
