Re: Day 3 Extreme Nausea! Help

I'm a lazy cook. For "alfredo" its just heavy cream, shredded cheese, maybe a clove of garlic and some butter. I think thats the only sauce I use actually. Everything else is sauce-less and seasoned with salt and pepper!

Re: Day 3 Extreme Nausea! Help

Thanks again. Salt and pepper are always help alot for me. Finding the cream is a problem.
I will keep looking. They must use cream in Korea..
I have been eating only white rice and white toast for a few days to sooth my intestines. I feel good again.
I have decided to start Atkins again today, even though it's my vacation. I guess I want to go back to work well on my way.

I am going to try to eat really slowly, to try to aid in digestion. I read that high fat foods and meat are very hard to digest.

I am also going to start exercising again gently today. I am a runner. But last week I quit running when I had induction flu.

I also planned to work on a painting this week.

I don't want to just sit around. So my goal this week it to get through induction, exercise gently everyday and work on my painting.

If I do those 3 things I will be more than happy.
      Thanks girls for your support.
If you ever need anyone to talk to, just let me know.
