I'm on day 3 of Induction and I want something like a popsicle. Can we have sugar free popsicles?

Re: popsicles
Personally, I wouldn't eat anything like that on induction. The whole point of induction is to break you wanting sweet tastes and carbs and such. I feel like it would hinder me. In January, I did a very good induction and my cravings went away drastically. I wasn't so strict last March and I didn't do well on the diet at all. I would occasionally have an Atkin's bar, supposedly safe for induction, and I craved a lot, had hunger pangs and was generally dissatisfied most of the time because I always wanted for that "something" I wasn't getting. It's a whole new ballgame now. I don't even use artificial sweeteners for anything nor do I eat anything "sugar free" and I practically have to force myself to eat enough. I just don't think it is a very good idea and I would advise against it.
