hi, i'm new here, and i really need some advice!!
so i decided to start atkins a couple weeks ago, i read the book and everything..and i was super motivated. here is my problem, i did induction for a few days..loved it, and then for some reason i cheated on the third day and decided to start over. this has happened three times already...i'll go 3-4 days on induction, then i'll give into a craving and go off induction for a day. each time gets more difficult for me mentally.
i really really want this, but for some reason my subconscious must not.
any tips to finally getting over my 4 day slump? oh yeah, i'm living with my parents right now, so there's no way in heck i'll be able to clean out the pantry and fridge to make it atkins friendly.
any tips would be awesome, because i would love for tomorrow to be the last time i have to start over! i just need a kick in the butt or something.
