So considering a regular sized Dasani water has one serving of Splenda in it, you can only have three bottles a day.
I think I'll leave the Dasani alone It's not worth it I'll do just as well with plain water. I'm drinking like a gallon a day

Splenda (which is the brand name of sucralose) has no carbs. But if you use it in the packets or granular form, the bulking agents have carbs, so you count 1 carb per packet.

I have another question. I just created an account on fitday and my graph stats are 76% Fat 1% Carb and 23% Protein. Doesn't seem to match what everyone here says it should be

Aim for 65% fat, 5% carbs and 30% protein. You need to increase your veggies and your carbs will go up. You need those healthy carbs!

So If I eat like a cucumber at lunch, and maybe a cup of salad at dinner, I should be okay?

You are still in induction right? Instead of lettuce, you might choose a vegetable that has more carbs in it. ...say have 1 cup of broccoli instead of a cup of lettuce. I like jicama. It is on the induction list and at first look it seems to have a lot of carbs but half of it is fiber and you subtract those. I think it helps keep me from getting constipated too.

Jicama to me is a replacement for apples/pears. What area do you live in Wishfire?

Now that I am off sweeteners and such, it tastes sweet to me. it has the consistency or crunch/bite of a very firm pear.

Oh no, I don't know if anyone in the UK has found it. Do you have any Hispanic/Latin markets around you? It looks like a huge turnip but it is pale dirt colored. It is a root.

As far as I know jicama is not sold in UK
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
