    Hello Low Carbers,
Just wanted to let you all know the latest info on me. For the last two days, I get up and proceed to eat breakfast. Like 2 turkey sausages, and 3 slices of bacon, and 2 eggs.. For snack i will have a piece of cheddar cheese. And i tell you, I am to the point where it feels like i am about to bust. I don't know what is going on. I can barely drink my water after eating my breakfast. And by lunch i am still full as well. Has anyone ever experience this? Or is something going wrong with this diet?

Appetite suppression is a side effect of ketosis/lipolysis. So you might be experiencing that, but you shouldn't be feeling "stuffed" from that--just not hungry.

Another thing to consider is you might be eating too much. Do this tomorrow, prepare your breakfast as usual, but only eat half the food. Pack the rest of it away for your snack. If you feel hungry an hour or so after breakfast, eat half of the snack. Make a note of how much food you need to eat, and that will help you gauge how much you need to eat during your meals.

Alot of us are overweight because we over-eat (among other things.) So use this time as an opportunity to begin eat the proper amounts to suit your body needs.

I tested myself for the ketosis and i only got a very light shade of color. I hope I can go into this process full force. I am really looking to be out of the 200lbs before long.

Any color is good. It's kind of like a pregnancy test--either you are in ketosis or you are not. A really dark color just means you need to drink more water.
