Hello Low Carbers,Just wanted to let you all know the latest info on me. For the last two days, I get up and proceed to eat breakfast. Like 2 turkey sausages, and 3 slices of bacon, and 2 eggs.. For snack i will have a piece of cheddar cheese. And i tell you, I am to the point where it feels like i am about to bust. I don't know what is going on. I can barely drink my water after eating my breakfast. And by lunch i am still full as well. Has anyone ever experience this? Or is something going wrong with this diet?
