Carbless, I'm where you were. I gained a pound since yesterday. Putting me @ 168 again. I'm not going back in the ticker because that'll discourage me further. We seem to have very similar weight ranges too. Let's keep hanging in there! It's bound to get better, I mean, we're not ingesting insane amounts of carbs like I know I used to. That's gotta count for something.

no lie. when i wasn't really watching what i was eating, I must have been eating SO many carbs, no wonder I'd gain weight.
I mean, I never indulged in huge greasy fast food...but just ordering the chicken strips at red robbin that comes with fries is a ton of carbs!
