  • Jello help!!!

I have been looking for a jell o that i can have on induction. Th problem is is I read you aren't supposed to have anything sweetened with aspartame. What do I do?

I've eaten jello and did just fine. It just depends on the person. If you can tolerate splenda (which I can't) you can make your own with unsweetened gelatin and unsweetened koolaid, then add the splenda.

2 options - either look for a jello sweetened with splenda - apparently in USA there are some available, or make your own.
In fact Dr Atkins never suggested we eat Jello but make our own occasional dessert using unsweetened gelatine and a 'legal' sweetener. If your body doesn't like splenda then you can use one of the other recommended sweeteners.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
