You can have enough meat with your veggies to make you feel satisfied but not stuffed. This will depend on whether you are having a hungry day or a not-hungry day

I agree with Elizellen about the protein. As for the Crystal Light, I wouldn't even go there. I remember drinking that stuff years ago and it made me crave sweets like crazy. Once you get used to plain water you'll enjoy it. Here's an article I've found about CL:
